The power of the written word proved to be a successful weapon while Rob was growing up, notably when he was just 10 years old, his letter to a local newspaper resulted in a regular column for children, produced with his brothers. Having a selection of poems published in anthologies during his early teens, Rob started to see the potential in creative writing as a career.

Being a music lover and having undergone some performance training throughout his childhood, the next step seemed obvious. Songwriting has now taken centre stage for Rob, having written tracks for other artistes, as well as himself. After completing his First Class degree at the London College of Music, the future now points towards a career in the music industry.

The songs that Rob has penned so far are reflective of his own experiences through life, told with the optimistic spirit he carries with him everyday, alongside the more introspective insecurities we all have. Rob hopes his songs will spread a message of positivity in the face of adversity.
